If you ever find yourself in the northeast peninsula -- the thumb of Wisconsin, famously known as Door County, Cave Point is a must see. It's a little off the beaten path and it's missed by many tourist. Cave Point is known for its underwater caves and wave-washed limestone cliffs.
Heck, I've lived in Wisconsin all my life and I didn't even know this beautiful park existed... Zac always has tricks up this sleeve and never ceases to amaze me.

We visited in October, after we took our Two-Year Anniversary photos, and before we devoured some delectable melt-in-your mouth Prime Rib at Glidden Lodge {another must visit in Door County... a word to the wise though: make a reservation for dinner, don't just walk-in!}
Upon arrival, we spotted a rainbow in the distance on Lake Michigan.

Wave-worn limestone, cool huh?
The water level is super-low this year.
My handsome hubby :)

awe i love your pictures...i'm sure if we go there now all the trees are dead, but i'm sure it'd look awesome with all that snow. Love door county, especially the wine ;)

Aw 2 year anniversary- yay! And reading about those ribs almost made me groan out loud, yummm. This place is so, so pretty, you're lucky you live in such a place! It really does look post card worthy. I'd set up a little hut right on the edge and live here :)
