In the spirit of giving.
In lieu of sending Christmas cards this year Zac & I decided to take the money that we would have spent on cards & postage, and instead we picked two names off the giving tree at church.
One child we picked was a 9 year old girl. Do you know what she wanted?
Bedding.
Yes, bedding. Sheets, a pillow, and a comforter for her bed.
Is that what you asked for, when you were 9 years old?
Pretty sure my list consisted of the latest gizmos & gadgets. Movies. Games. Dolls, etc.
It fills my heart with joy knowing that we made at least two children's Christmas's a bit more special this year.
So family & friends, we apologize as we will not be returning the favor by mail, but this will have to do!
