Lazy Sunday.

We've been having a lazy day around these parts, but I'd like to think it was much deserved.
We've been on the go since the week before Christmas
(that's like... a month, of constant running around).

Thankfully, today I finally got to sleep in.  Zac thought he was going to be super romantic, which he was, and surprise me with breakfast for when I woke up.  Little did he know, I heard him shut our bedroom door and just acted like I was asleep until I knew the bacon was done {I sure do love bacon, but HATE cooking & cleaning-up after it}.  Maybe that was a tad selfish of me to "fake" sleep while he cooked breakfast, but I didn't want to ruin his surprise.

Then our entire afternoon looked like this:

It consisted of me fartin' around on my new iPad {thanks mom Santa!} in between episodes of Martha Sterwart's Cooking School, & Zac reading. It was phenomenal.
Oh wait, scratch that.  I did throw some meatballs in the crock-pot for supper. And I did a load of laundry.  So I wasn't a complete lazy bum.
How do you folks like to spend your Sunday's?

I also pretended to sleep while my husband cooked.

My lazy Sunday consisted of tv and more tv and food. Not too Shabby!

Hahaha I just read the top part of this to Garrett. The faking sleep part. Because I have done that too! I'm jealous of your breakfast, now I'm hungry! I am glad you are having a nice, relaxing Sunday. Sounds like you deserve it! We are doing the same thing but watching football : )

Lazy days are the BEST! And a new iPad means hours on the couch...at least it did for me :)
